Obin's bio: Obin Sturm is a third-year PhD student in the Atmospheric Composition and Earth Data Science group at the University of Southern California. Formerly, Scientific Programmer at the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center. His research explores atmospheric chemistry and physics through computational techniques ranging from graph theory, particle-based modeling, and machine learning of fine scale processes to global forecasting.
