Dear Faculty of Space Technologies Staff,
As some new colleagues have recently joined the Faculty, and to avoid any
communication bottlenecks, I would like to kindly share a few updates and
reminders regarding our communication channels.
1. For daily communication and sharing updates with the entire Faculty
staff, you are kindly requested to use our MS Teams team, available at the
following link:
Faculty of Space Technologies Team
<https://teams.microsoft.com/l/team/19%3AhWt6ZM70y0auGeKLX9ixEzreVtnI1EbMYOS
PWKyps4M1%40thread.tacv2/conversations?groupId=bd0c5860-c629-4b94-a8fa-1d44b
643facb&tenantId=80b1033f-21e0-4a82-bbc0-f05fdccd3bc8> .
(I am aware that not everyone is a big fan of Teams, but as it is officially
supported and used at AGH, we will continue to use it.)
2. Recently, we made most of the channels public (except for those
clearly intended for small, fixed groups) and removed redundant or outdated
private channels.
We hope this will help ensure that you don't miss any updates and that the
purpose of each channel is clear.
3. I have reviewed the lists of Faculty of Space Technologies (WTK) and
Center of Space Technologies (CTK) staff members available in SKOS and have
added all colleagues who were not yet enrolled in the team.
4. As not everyone uses Teams daily, an email notification mechanism
has been introduced.
Now, whenever a new post appears in a public channel, all Faculty staff /
team members will receive an email.
If a post is made in a private channel, notifications will be sent only to
the members of that specific channel.
If you prefer not to receive such email notifications, please configure your
mail client to automatically move these messages to a separate folder or
delete them - as we cannot individually manage notification preferences for
each user.
5. To further improve accessibility, you can now create a post in the
team, simply by sending an email to:
spacetech-all(a)mail.agh.edu.pl <mailto:spacetech-all@mail.agh.edu.pl>
Messages sent to this address will automatically be posted to the General
Info channel and followed by an email notification to all faculty staff /
team members.
6. When it comes to the communication with our currently enrolled
students, please remember that we have a dedicated MS Teams team available
here:
SpaceTech Students Team
<https://teams.microsoft.com/l/team/19%3As96WM_94UnRrpW6DyVeB6W9lzFMxi1z7lx1

7cc0b4d&tenantId=80b1033f-21e0-4a82-bbc0-f05fdccd3bc8> . Currently, apart
from students, all lecturers delivering classes or communicating with
students have been added.
If you are not yet part of the team but would like to join, please either
send a join request via Teams or contact me or Ms. Anna Trybek
(atrybek(a)agh.edu.pl <mailto:atrybek@agh.edu.pl> ), and we will gladly add
you.
Best regards,
