I am Dr. Anish Nair from India. *I have relocated to Krakow, Poland along with my wife who is working as a programmer here. *I am a faculty/researcher with the Department of Mechanical Engineering in Kalasalingam University near Madurai in South India and am currently on sabbatical leave. My research area is primarily in *Advanced Manufacturing* (Non-conventional machining processes - Wire Electrical Discharge Machining and Abrasive Water Jet Machining) and *Advanced Optimization techniques* (Multi-objective Genetic Algorithm, Hybrid-Particle Swarm Optimization, Neuro Fuzzy Inference System, Weighted Principal Components Analysis).

Apart from this core area I have keen interest in the various Pedagogy methods that have gained prominence following the pandemic. I have been proactive in my University in creating awareness regarding the various ICT tools that can be effectively used to make teaching better. I have taken various sessions to other colleges and Universities to disseminate the importance and usage of the ICT tools. I have listed below some of the tools which I have effectively used to demonstrate blended learning in the last 3 semesters in my University -

4. Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Forms and Google Sheets to improve productivity through synchronous learning

5. LMS such as Google Classroom and Canvas

6. Whiteboard softwares like Videoscribe and Doodly

7. Usage of Digital Pen and Writing Boards for recreating Classroom experience for students

8. Excellent skills in Word, Spreadsheet and Powerpoint processing

9. Use of latest tools like Quizzes, Kahoot etc for improving the teaching quality
