FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

--- In case I am selected as a finalist, do I need to be present at the Award Ceremony in Florence? Each finalist entry needs to be represented during the Ceremony. If you are unable to join the Ceremony in Florence due to other commitments, you may send a colleague, team member or any other representative of your organisation.

--- My organisation is not a higher education institution / university. Can I still apply? Next to higher education institutions the Triple E Awards also welcome entries from organisations that are clearly related to higher education, for example external incubators serving university students. If your primary target group are universities or university stakeholders (students, academics etc.) we would love to hear your story and achievements.

--- Can I submit multiple entries? A definite yes! Most institutions and individuals are working on great things in parallel. Share them all with us and increase your chances to join the Award Ceremony as finalist. You can submit multiple entries in different Award categories, but even submit more than one entry in the same category (as long as the submissions are clearly distinct from each other).
