With two weeks to go until the registration deadline, we are already looking forward to welcoming new institutions to our three cohort-based Institutional Programs, running from March
till June, 2022.
As part of the programs we work with universities across the globe to tackle some of their main external engagement challenges, including:
Internal bureaucracy and inefficient processes
Lack of strategic and coordinated approaches and frameworks across the institution
Insufficient time and funding for external engagement activities
Few incentives and recognition to drive more external engagement
Low levels of training, communication and awareness of collaboration opportunities
If any of these resonate with you, this is your opportunity to enhance
your strategies and frameworks by undertaking extensive mapping of external engagement activities, support structures and your desired goals and vision, through a mixture of workshops, focus groups, mentoring, surveys, cohort events and more!

What program alumni have said
Mikael Östling & Johan Blaus KTH Royal Institute of Technology
"Strategic partnerships has been a common theme for several of our reviews at KTH and therefore we decided to participate in UIIN's Accelerator Program Strategic Partnerships during spring 2021. This provided valuable insights into how our work is doing internationally as well as inspiration for continued work. The Accelerator program provided a highly appreciated workshop structure and a most valuable survey that provided rich data to further utilize in our development. Through
the program, a core team was created that continued after the program ended. This team has proven to be an appreciated "think-tank" at various management levels."
Andries Welgemoed Belgium Campus ITVersity
"Pathway to Impact is an excellent program with a very focused and specific goal in mind. Excellent time allocation and resources were made available and the coordination & guidance of the UIIN team provided was of the highest quality."
Ian Chambers Coventry University
"The program provided an excellent springboard for bringing together a wide group of internal stakeholders to assess our current approaches and develop a roadmap for tackling challenges. The program helped us to develop a common and agreed narrative that we can use to tackle the next steps in our development."
